Textile Banks
Community Textile Recycling operates over 250 textile banks throughout Ireland.
We work with local authorities, charity partners, community groups and schools to provide a range of banks designed to suit different location requirements. Our sites help local groups raise funds and divert textiles from landfill. Thousands of pounds are raised every year from our collection banks, helping to provide a revenue stream for our partner groups.
We provide real-time reports to groups on bank collection tonnage and are implementing an automated monitoring system to ensure banks are emptied when appropriate. Bank sites are regularly audited, and areas around kept clean and tidy.
